American BBQ Loaded Gems

Golden, crunchy potato gems smothered in slow cooked pork and BBQ sauce.

Ingredients

  • 900g packet frozen Birds Eye Golden Crunch Potato Gems
  • 560g pre prepared slow cooked pork shoulder with BBQ sauce
  • 1 small white onion, diced
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • BBQ sauce, for drizzling
  • Spring onion and fresh coriander, for garnish

Method

STEP 1
Cook Birds Eye Potato Gems following packet directions.
STEP 2
Heat pork shoulder following packet directions. Pull meat and mix with sauce as directed.
STEP 3
Arrange layers of cooked gems, meat, onion and cheese in an oven proof dish or pan. Heat in the oven if necessary to melt the cheese.
STEP 4
Drizzle with BBQ sauce and garnish with chopped spring onion and coriander.
Tips
Look for pre prepared slow cooked pork in the meat aisle of your supermarket.
