- 400g jar Providore d'Italia Provincial Italian Tomatoes with Grilled Bell Peppers Pasta Sauce
- 400g can Edgell Chick Peas, drained
- 4 chicken marylands, cut in half
- 2 potatoes, unpeeled, washed and each cut into 6 wedges
- 1 chorizo sausage, thinly sliced
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Method
STEP 1Place all ingredients in a large bowl, season to taste and toss well to combine. Transfer to a shallow baking tray, ensuring all residual Providore d'Italia Sauce is used.
STEP 2
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 1 hour, basting occasionally, until chicken is golden, fully cooked and the potatoes are tender.
STEP 3
Serve with a green salad and crusty bread.
